How to Start a Roster

Follow the steps below to complete your UPA roster.  Attached to the bottom of this page is a PDF file with images for each step.
  1. Go to the UPA website.
  2. Scroll down and click on Member Account.
  3. Log into your member account using your email address and password.
  4. Click on “Online Rostering” to access the online system.
  5. Select “Create a new roster”.
  6. After reading the information, click on “Continue with Roster Creation”.  Since we are only starting the roster, you will not need all of the information this says that you require now.
  7. Select “Championship Series Event”.
  8. Select “High School” and “Pennsylvania” from the drop down menus then click Select.
  9. Select your division.
  10. Agree to the event guidelines using the checkbox and click “Continue”
  11.  Complete the required information.  Follow the Team Naming Guidelines to properly name your team.  Be sure that your team chaperone is someone who will be at the event.  You will need to collect a Chaperone Form from them at a later date.  Click on “Create Roster”.
  12. If you see this page (image on PDF file), congratulations on successfully starting your roster.  You will be contacted in the coming days with further instructions.
